Clinic Information
Turner House Children's Clinic offers health care for children, from birth to age 18, who are uninsured or have Kansas Medicaid or HealthWave. Sick children may be checked in during the clinic hours below until all available appointments are filled. If your child needs a physical, please call the clinic to make an appointment. Many of the staff speak Spanish, and an interpreter is always available. Other interpretation can be arranged as needed.

Eligibility
FEESTurner House Children’s Clinic accepts children who have Medicaid or are uninsured. Patients who do not have Medicaid are asked to pay a fee of $20 per clinic visit. Patients who do not have Medicaid and are coming for only immunizations are asked to pay a fee of $10 per shot-only visit.

What to Bring
If your child has Medicaid, bring your enrollment card. If your child is uninsured, bring a $20 fee which includes the cost of medications. If your child is a new patient, you will be asked to complete a new patient form and state your income. If your inunsured child needs shots only, bring a $10 fee. Bring your child's immunization records to all visits.
